PERBEDAAN STATUS PEKERJAAN IBU HAMIL DENGAN FREKUENSI KUNJUNGAN ANTENATAL CARE (ANC) DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS PEKAUMAN KOTA BANJARMASIN TAHUN 2016
Abstract
Latar belakang : Berdasarkan SDKI (2012), AKI mencapai 359/100.000 KH dan AKB mencapai 32/1000 KH. ANC menjadi masalah karena tidak semua ibu hamil memeriksakan kehamilannya secara rutin, masih ada ibu tidak melakukan K1 dan K4, rata-rata cakupan belum mencukupi 100%.
Tujuan : Mengetahui perbedaan status pekerjaan ibu hamil dengan frekuensi kunjungan antenatal care (ANC) di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Pekauman Kota Banjarmasin tahun 2016.
Metode : Survei analitik dengan metode cross sectional. Populasi ibu hamil trimester III memeriksakan kehamilannya ke puskesmas berjumlah 93 orang. Sampel berjumlah 42 orang sesuai kriteria. Teknik pengambilan sampel accidental sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara dan observasi dengan uji Kruskal-Wallis Test pada α = 5%.
Hasil : Status pekerjaan ibu rumah tangga dengan kategori tidak bekerja berjumlah 30 orang (71,4%). Frekuensi kunjungan ANC melakukan kunjungan ANC dengan kategori lengkap berjumlah 23 orang (54,8%). Tidak ada perbedaan status pekerjaan ibu hamil dengan frekuensi kunjungan ANC (p = 0,219).
