Author Fees

Jurnal Suaka Insan Mengabdi (JSIM) applies an Article Processing Charge (APC) of Rp300,000 (Three hundred thousand rupiah) per accepted article. This fee covers essential publication services to ensure published research’s quality, visibility, and long-term preservation.

The APC includes:

  • Plagiarism screening using professional software (Turnitin/iThenticate)
  • Editorial processing, including peer review management and copyediting
  • DOI registration via Crossref for permanent article identification
  • Open-access publication, making articles freely available worldwide

Payment Procedure:

  1. Authors will be notified of APC payment only after their final manuscript acceptance. There are no submission fees.
  2. Payments should be transferred to:

  3. The payment receipt must be emailed to: [email protected] for verification.

JKSI maintains transparency in its fee structure while ensuring accessibility through:

  • There are no hidden charges beyond the stated APC
  • Immediate open access under CC BY 4.0 license
  • Indexing investments (Crossref, Google Scholar) to maximize article impact

This policy balances sustainability with JKSI's commitment to disseminating nursing knowledge without submission barriers. Authors with financial constraints may request fee waivers through the editorial office.

Please be informed that authors must pay the Article Processing Charge (APC) only after the final acceptance of their article. The Journal Office will notify the author regarding the APC payment. Kindly note that there is no charge for article submission.
