Abstract

ABSTRAK

Pandemi Covid-19 muncul di penghujung tahun 2019, hal tersebut  mampu menimbulkan kekhawatiran global oleh karena adanya peningkatan angka terinfeksi Covid-19 yang mendorong pemerintah memberlakukan kebijakan wajib vaksin. Kabupaten Buleleng masuk dalam peringkat 8 capaian vaksin sebanyak 87,51% dari 9 kabupaten yang ada di Bali. Proses vaksinasi akan menimbulkan reaksi yang disebut dengan KIPI. Reaksi ini kerap muncul karena dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor salah satunya adalah usia. Dengan demikian, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara faktor usia dengan angka kejadian ikutan pasca imunisasi (KIPI) vaksinasi covid-19 di SD Negeri 2 Kubutambahan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survey analitik secara deskriptif dengan menggunakan rancangan Cross sectional. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang paling berhubungan dengan KIPI adalah faktor usia dengan kejadian ikutan pasca imunisasi pada tahap 1 dengan hasil p-value = 0,002.

The COVID-19 Pandemic emerged at the end of 2019, it was able to attract the world's attention to cause global concern, This is due to an increase in the number of infected with Covid-19 which has prompted the government to enforce a mandatory vaccine policy. Buleleng Regency is ranked 8th in vaccine achievements as much as 87.51% of 9 regencies in Bali. The vaccination process will cause a reaction called AEFI. This reaction often arises because it is influenced by several factors, one of which is age. Thus, the purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the age factor and the incidence of post-immunization follow-up (KIPI) of covid-19 vaccination at SD Negeri 2 Kubuaddan. The method used in this research is an analytical survey using a cross-sectional. The results showed that the factor most related to AEFI was age with post-immunization co-occurrence at stage 1 with p-value = 0.002.
