Abstract

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapat gambaran tentang pelaksanaan pendokumentasian informed consent pada
kasus bedah di UGD RSUD Dr. H.Soemarno Sostroatmodjo Kuala Kapuas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam
penelitian ini adalah “yuridis sosiologis dengan deskriptif analitis”. Responden yang digunakan adalah 3 orang antara
lain dokter lama (PNS), dokter baru (Kontrak), dokter lama dan asisten bedah (PNS) dan Kepala Bagian Pelayanan
Medik (PNS) dan observasi pada 18 responden dengan kasus bedah. Untuk pengambilan data dengan menggunakan
wawancara dan observasi berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 290 tahun 2008 tentang persetujuan
tindakan kedokteran. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pemberian informasi dan
pendokumentasian informed consent pada kasus bedah di UGD sudah sesuai dengan prosedur. Tetapi ada beberapa
faktor yang menjadi hambatan dalam pelaksanaan informed consent.
