In our continuous effort to elevate the quality of our publications, expand our global reach, and increase the international visibility of nursing research, the editorial board of Jurnal Keperawatan Suaka Insan (JKSI) would like to announce a significant update to our publication policy.

Please be informed that starting from Volume 10, Issue 2 (2025), all articles published in JKSI will be exclusively in English.

In light of this transition, we kindly request all prospective authors to take note of the following mandatory guidelines:

  • Mandatory Language Policy: All authors intending to submit their manuscripts for Volume 10, Issue 2 and all subsequent issues must write their articles entirely in academic English. Manuscripts submitted in other languages will not proceed to the review process until this requirement is met.

  • No In-House Translation Services: Please be advised that JKSI does not provide translation or language proofreading services.

  • Author Autonomy in Translation: We grant authors the full freedom to find, select, and collaborate with professional translators or proofreaders who best align with their specific needs and preferences. We highly recommend ensuring your manuscript undergoes thorough proofreading prior to submission to meet the linguistic standards of international scientific publication.

We understand this represents a shift in our submission process, but we firmly believe this step will significantly enhance the impact and citation potential of your valuable research on a global scale.
