2026-03-19

Dear Researchers and Authors,

The Management of Jurnal Keperawatan Suaka Insan (JKSI) hereby issues the following official guidelines regarding the issuance of the Letter of Acceptance (LoA) for submitted manuscripts:

  • Eligibility for LoA: The LoA is issued by the Editor/Journal Management only after a manuscript has successfully passed the peer-review process, completed all required revisions, and has been officially declared fit for publication.

  • Standard Procedure: The workflow leading to the issuance of an LoA strictly follows these stages: Submission → Rigorous Peer Review → Revision → Final Acceptance/LoA Issuance.

  • Timeline: The estimated timeframe for the issuance of an LoA is 2 to 3 months. Please note that this duration is flexible and highly dependent on the responsiveness of reviewers and the quality of revisions provided by the authors.

  • Validity of Document: A legitimate LoA issued by JKSI must contain the following elements:

    1. Official Journal Letterhead

    2. Official Reference Number

    3. Complete Author Identity and Article Title

    4. Signature of the Editor-in-Chief

  • Editorial Independence: The LoA is issued solely based on the results of our rigorous editorial and review process. We do not accommodate requests to expedite the LoA for any personal or external reasons (e.g., graduation requirements, Yudisium, or academic examinations). Jurnal Keperawatan Suaka Insan maintains no administrative involvement in the academic deadlines or graduation processes of any institution.

We thank you for your professional cooperation and for your commitment to maintaining the scientific integrity of Jurnal Keperawatan Suaka Insan.

Sincerely,

Management of Jurnal Keperawatan Suaka Insan (JKSI)
