The study used a post-test-only control group design. The sample consisted of 36 mice. The samples were divided into two groups, namely the control group, which was given orally equates in sonde as much as one cc; The treatment group was assigned bitter melon ethanol extract orally as much as one cc 1000 mg/kg body weight for 40 days. Examination of the quality of spermatozoa is number, morphology, motility, and viability. They were analyzed using Independent T-test. The analysis showed an average number of spermatozoa in the control group of 85.2 million / ml &gt; the treatment group of 61.7 million, p-value = 0.001. The mean normal morphological number of spermatozoa in the control group was 79.6%, and the treatment group was 24%, p = 0.001. The mean progressive spermatozoa motility of the control group was 37.4 ?m/sec &gt;, and the treatment group was 8.98 ?m/sec, hence the significant difference p = 0.001. The mean viability of live spermatozoa of the control group was 83.8% &gt; and the treatment group's 29.4%, p = 0.001.
